Ciao! just like in Naples Ciao Pizzeria follow the true Neapolitan traditions of making pizza. Using Italian 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella. Our dough is made fresh on site everyday. We let our dough prove for at least 24 hours. We use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top out pizzas. Our pizza is then cooked at about 450 degrees, for no more than 90 seconds true Neapolitan style. It is soft, light and easy to digest.
